McCahey Updates Treatise Chapter

Litigation Partner John McCahey prepared the 2011-2012 update for his chapter (Chapter 75) "Bills and Notes" in the multi-volume treatise, Commercial Litigation In New York State Courts (3d ed) published by West. Since the release of the first edition in 1995, the treatise has been widely recognized as a leading work on New York commercial law and litigation.
