Creditors Committee of One Price Clothing Stores Selects Hahn & Hessen

The Firm has been selected to represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of One Price Clothing Stores, Inc. and its affiliates, in the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding commenced in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  One Price Clothing is a chain of approximately 550 retail stores, specializing in first-quality, fashionable, in-season apparel and accessories for women and children, located throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  The Debtor estimates its total secured and unsecured debt at approximately $112 million.

October, 2003 Creditors Committee of Cone Mills Selects Hahn & Hessen

The Firm has been selected to represent, as lead counsel, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Cone Mills Corporation and its affiliates in the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding commenced in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Cone Mills is the world's largest producer of denim fabrics, one of the largest commission printers and finishers of home furnishings in North America and a major producer of decorative wide jacquard fabrics, one of the largest commission printers and finishers of home furnishings in North America and a major producer of decorative wide jacquard fabrics in the United States.  The Debtor estimates its total secured and unsecured debt at approximately $250 million.

Creditors Committee of Pillowtex selects Hahn & Hessen

The Firm has been selected to represent, as lead counsel, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Pillowtex Corporation and its affiliates, the third largest textile manufacturer in the United States with 16 factories and distribution centers and retail outlets located through-out the United States and Canada, in the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding commenced in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The Debtor estimates its total debt at approximately $280 million.

The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Samuels Jewelers, Inc., one of the ten largest specialty retailers of fine jewelry in the United States with approximately 113 retail locations, has selected the Firm as lead counsel to represent it in the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding commenced in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The Debtor estimates its total liabilities at approximately $80 million.

 The Firm has been selected to represent, as lead counsel, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of TW, Inc. a/k/a The Wiz, a specialty retailer offering electronics and home entertainment products in 17 retail locations located in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri-state area, in the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding commenced in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The Debtor estimates its total unsecured debt at approximately $195 million.
