The Firm has been selected to
represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of One
Price Clothing Stores, Inc. and its affiliates, in the company’s
Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding commenced in the Bankruptcy
Court for the Southern District of New York. One Price Clothing
is a chain of approximately 550 retail stores, specializing in
first-quality, fashionable, in-season apparel and accessories
for women and children, located throughout the
United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The
Debtor estimates its total secured and unsecured debt at
approximately $112 million. |

Hessen The Firm has been selected to represent, as lead counsel, the
Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Cone Mills Corporation and its
affiliates in the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding commenced in the
Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Cone Mills is the world's
largest producer of denim fabrics, one of the largest commission printers and
finishers of home furnishings in North America and a major producer of
